Dr. Petermann is a founding partner with Steve Malos in a multi-location, multi-million dollar hearing aid and audiology practice in the Seattle, Washington area which she helped grow from a single clinic. Its revenues and profits increased more than 10 fold since the purchase of the initial clinic. Dr. Petermann created and implemented the curriculum for the first vocational hearing aid technology program in the United States. She also provided competency-based, performance-oriented instruction to adults interested in pursuing a career in the hearing healthcare industry. Dr. Petermann holds a Doctorate degree in Audiology from A.T. Still University, a Master's degree in Audiology from the University of Hawaii and a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Bradley University. Maryellen Brisson, AuD , Executive Consultant, has over 30 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry. As one of the top performing Regional Sales Managers for the largest, multi-national hearing aid manufacturer in the world, Maryellen was responsible for managing sales for a large region of the U.S. She also received numerous sales awards for outstanding performance. Maryellen has experience as an audiologist in hospital, ENT and private practice settings. Zachary Call, Executive Consultant, has over fifteen years in strategic selling and marketing experience selling to both large healthcare and medium sized companies worldwide. Steve Malos founded EPO Direct to consult with audiologists and physicians/surgeons. As a lead consultant for EPO Direct he has successfully consulted with start-up audiology clinics as well as managing clinics for multi-billion dollar healthcare group and ENT audiology departments. In 1997, Steve became a majority partner in the purchase of a single office audiology practice which he helped grow into a multi-location, multi-million dollar hearing aid and audiology practice in the Seattle, Washington area. Its revenues and profits increased more than 10 fold since the purchase of the initial clinic. Steve has over 12 years of successful sales and marketing experience with hearing aid manufacturers, including nine years at Siemens. Steve has over 10 years experience in audiology practice management.
