6. Can I do this without traveling

Yes. There is no travel and no meetings. For your convenience most communication
with your advisor is done via email and over the telephone- so you can ask
questions and review answers at your convenience. You set the pace with
your coach - and it can vary with your schedule. In addition, since every
question, answer and action step is in writing you can review them as
you desire.
